How I Cancel My Account?

One of the most commonly asked questions is "How do I cancel my account?" or "Can you please cancel my account?".

Shells has made the cancellation process and easy and straight forward process.

  1. Log into your Shells Admin Console (console.shells.com)
  2. Click the 3 Vertical Dots to the right of your Shell
  3. Select Edit.

  4. Click Cancel Subscription.

  5. Confirm Cancel Subscription.

  6. Your account renewal has now been cancelled and you will see a Notification at the top.

You may cancel your Shells subscription anytime from your Shells console however your account will terminate at the end of the billing period.
