One of the most commonly asked questions is "How do I change location?" or "How do I change data centre?".

Shells has made the process straight forward and easy.

1. Log into your Shells Admin Console (console.shells.com)
2. Toggle into Advanced Mode from the Option on the left.
   
   
3. You will be prompted with a warning message. Click Switch to Advanced Mode.
   
   
4. In Advanced Mode, you will see extra options appear on each of your Shells.
   
   
5. Click the 3 Vertical Dots to the right of your Shell
6. Select Edit.
   
   
7. Select Reinstall and choose Change your Shell location.
   
   
   
8. Please Note:
   
   If you have a Dedicated IP address on your Shell, you will not be able to change location until the Dedicated IP is removed. Please see the guide on Removing or Changing your Dedicated IP for further information.
